How do I choose a harness size?

Measure your dog’s chest at the widest point behind the front legs, and the neck where a collar naturally sits. Every product page lists the range each size fits. If you are between sizes, size up — or email us the measurements and we will tell you.

How should I care for waxed canvas?

Brush off dirt with a stiff brush and rinse with cold water. Do not machine wash and do not use detergent or hot water, both of which strip the wax. Re-wax once a season with any standard canvas wax.

Is the hardware replaceable?

Yes. Snaps, rings and buckles are standard sizes and we sell replacements. Email us with the product name and we will send the right part.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within one business day. Standard delivery in the lower 48 is typically three to five business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I return something?
