Shipping

Flat rate $8.95 anywhere in the lower 48. Free on orders over $95. Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Standard delivery is typically three to five business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes for oversized items such as beds and kennels.

Returns

Unused gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Gear must be in resalable condition — unworn, unwashed and free of dog hair.

To start a return, email support@odiclabrador.store with your order number. We will send a return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at our cost.
