Refund Policy

We accept returns on unused gear within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Items that show use — wear, washing, odour or dog hair — cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.
