By placing an order with Odic Labrador you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or if we identify a pricing error.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Products

Our products are dog equipment intended for normal use with domestic dogs. They are not safety restraints for vehicles and are not rated for climbing, lifting or industrial use. Inspect gear before each use and retire anything showing wear at a stress point.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
